Mini Orange Bundt Cakes with Cream Cheese Stuffing

Initially, the plan was to introduce these lovely gems at a pop-up at the end of this month. Unfortunately, it seems like I can’t because you need a proper commercial food vendor license to sell in a public space. Right now, I can only make and sell from home. The plan for 2015 is to finally obtain a food vendor license and find a shop space to sell my stuff in public. Until then …

These mini orange bundt cakes are very light and fluffy. I cut the original 1 and 1/2 cups sugar needed to just 1 cup cos I didn’t want it to be too sweet. The holds in the cakes are filled with cream cheese and then the whole thing is topped with orange peel frosting. For decorative purposes, I put a strawberry on top of 3 of the cakes.

Eating one of these is bound to put a smile in your face. I intend to create more variants of these delicious babies … so keep a lookout k?

I won’t be sharing the recipe to this cake.

They are available for sale at $30 for a box of 6 cakes. To order, click here.

Aren't they simply gorgeous to look at?
