- Rinse and dry mixed greens, place in large salad bowl.
- Add pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, diced apple, diced pear, and crumbled feta.
- Toast pecans or walnuts in a skillet for 3–4 minutes, cool slightly, then add to salad.
- Thinly slice red onion and add to salad.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make vinaigrette.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss gently.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve immediately.
