Method
- Combine shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Add shredded cheeses, garlic powder, and black pepper and mix well.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread the chicken mixture evenly.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Lightly brush or spray tortillas with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place roll-ups seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Add jalapeños or bacon bits for extra flavor.
