Chicken Wings
  • 2 lb chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder optional, aluminum-free

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip wings.
  6. Cook an additional 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. Rest briefly and serve plain or with sauce.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure maximum crispiness.
