Ingredients
  

Salmon Patty Mixture
  • 12 oz salmon cooked and flaked or canned
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  2. Shape mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray patties with oil.
  5. Cook patties for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with desired sauce.

Notes

Handle gently when flipping to keep patties intact.
