  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup milk warm
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
Filling
  • 2 cups apples diced
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Prepare and rise dough.
  2. Cook apple filling and cool.
  3. Mix cheesecake filling.
  4. Roll dough, fill, shape buns.
  5. Add crumble topping.
  6. Bake until golden and glaze.
