Pork
  • 1.5 lb pork loin
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 apples sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
Mashed Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 lb sweet potatoes peeled
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Season and sear pork until golden.
  2. Add apples, garlic, and apple cider to skillet.
  3. Simmer pork until cooked through.
  4. Boil and mash sweet potatoes with butter and milk.
  5. Slice pork and serve over mashed sweet potatoes with sauce.
