Method
- Pat chicken breasts dry and rub with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Season chicken evenly with smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add spinach in batches and cook until wilted, about 2–3 minutes.
- Season spinach lightly with salt and finish with lemon juice.
- Slice chicken and serve with sautéed garlic spinach.
Notes
Use smoked paprika for authentic asado flavor and let chicken rest before slicing.
