Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Mango Sauce
  • 1 cup ripe mango pureed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Equipment

  • Skillet or wok
  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic and ginger.
  4. Add mango, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
  5. Simmer sauce until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to pan and toss to coat.
