  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup onion diced
  • 0.25 cup celery diced
Custard Base
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Crust & Topping
  • 1 pie crust unbaked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Sauté shrimp with aromatics until just cooked.
  2. Arrange shrimp in pie crust.
  3. Whisk custard ingredients until smooth.
