Meat Mixture
  • 0.5 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 lb ground pork
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Method
 

  1. Soak bread or prepare breadcrumbs with milk.
  2. Mix meats with seasonings and egg.
  3. Shape into patties.
  4. Pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
