- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Scoop batter onto baking sheet and shape slightly.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm fritters.
Notes
For extra sweetness, drizzle caramel sauce over the glaze. Store in airtight container up to 2 days.
