Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 12 small tortillas

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa and seasonings.
  3. Place filling in tortillas and roll tightly.
  4. Place seam side down on baking sheet and brush with oil.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve with salsa, guacamole or sour cream.
