  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 eggs
Maple Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut pan.
  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
  3. Fill donut pan and bake 12–15 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Prepare maple glaze and dip donuts.

Notes

Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
