Ingredients
  

  • 20 mushrooms large
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
