Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Finely chop the salmon and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and seasoning.
- Mix gently and form into balls.
- Bake for 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
- Blend avocado sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Serve salmon balls warm with avocado sauce.
Notes
Best served fresh. Sauce can be adjusted for thickness with water.
