Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb beef short ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups arugula

Method
 

  1. Brown short ribs and remove from pot.
  2. Cook onion and garlic, then deglaze with balsamic.
  3. Add broth, sugar, and ribs; simmer until tender.
  4. Shred beef and toss with reduced sauce.
  5. Assemble sliders with beef, brie, cranberry, and arugula.

Notes

Short ribs can be made a day ahead for easier assembly.
