Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
Sauce
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Season chicken pieces and prepare breading stations.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
  4. Mix bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Toss or drizzle chicken with sauce and serve immediately.
