Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide mixture into 8 portions.
- Flatten portion, place cheddar cube in center, seal and roll into ball.
- Wrap each ball with bacon and place seam-side down.
- Whisk bang-bang sauce ingredients together.
- Brush half sauce over bombs and bake 25-30 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F.
- Brush remaining sauce during final 5 minutes. Rest before serving.
Notes
Chill before baking for best shape retention. Broil briefly for crispier bacon. Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
