Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease donut pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill donut pan cavities ¾ full.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Brush warm donuts with butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm. Reheat briefly before coating if making ahead.
