Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops 1 inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
Cream Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Tongs
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet and sear pork chops until golden.
  3. Remove pork chops and cook garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in the same pan.
  4. Add chicken broth and scrape browned bits from pan.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, and seasonings to create sauce.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet and simmer until fully cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta to enjoy the creamy sauce.
