  • 1.5 cups biscoff cookies crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
Filling
  • 250 g cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 0.5 cup biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies with butter and press into cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
