- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, black cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Flatten dough, add cheesecake filling, seal and roll into balls.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges set. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra indulgence, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top. Store refrigerated due to cheesecake filling.
