Ingredients
  

Cupcakes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
Light Frosting
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Food processor or blender
  • Muffin tin
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
  2. Blend oats into a coarse flour.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently.
  5. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  6. Fill muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before adding frosting.

Notes

Always use plain, unsweetened yogurt. Serve in moderation based on dog size.
