Ingredients
  

Garlic Bread
  • 1 loaf French bread sliced lengthwise
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Filling
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 pound deli ham
  • 0.5 pound roasted pork
  • 0.25 cup yellow mustard
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  3. Spread on bread and bake lightly.
  4. Layer cheese, ham, pork, mustard, and pickles.
  5. Close sandwich and press until golden and cheese melts.

Notes

Press firmly for best crispy texture. Add extra butter to exterior before pressing for richer crust.
