- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Blend carrots, eggs, oil, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix gently until smooth batter forms.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Combine cocoa powder, sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan.
- Cook while stirring until glaze thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour glaze over warm cake and allow to set before slicing.
