Ingredients
  

Hash Brown Crust
  • 4 cups shredded hash browns thawed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup bell pepper diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion diced
  • 4 eggs

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Squeeze moisture from hash browns and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Mix hash browns with eggs, cheeses, seasoning, and olive oil.
  4. Press mixture into a pizza shape on the pan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  6. Lower oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Add cheese, toppings, and crack eggs on top.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes until eggs are set.
