Mac and Cheese
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked brisket chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups cheese cheddar and gouda

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente and drain.
  2. Make roux with butter and flour, then whisk in milk and cream.
  3. Stir in cheese and seasonings until smooth.
  4. Fold in macaroni and brisket.

Use leftover brisket for best flavor.
