Ingredients
  

Stir Fry
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Blanch broccoli briefly and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook mushrooms until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir briefly.
  5. Add broccoli and toss.
  6. Whisk sauce ingredients and add to pan.
  7. Cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture.
