Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 0.5 cup brown butter cooled
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.75 cup warm milk
Filling
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Prepare pumpkin dough and allow to rise until doubled.
  2. Roll dough, add filling, and shape into rolls.
  3. Bake until golden and fluffy.
  4. Glaze with brown butter cream cheese icing.

Best served warm with coffee.
