Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Dough & Topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar, and spices.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough pieces.
  4. Add filling and seal into balls.
  5. Place seam-side down and brush with butter.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Best served warm.
