Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Coating
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar, blue cheese (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place 1–2 tablespoons of chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely.
  6. Brush melted butter over each roll.
  7. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch for dipping.

Notes

For extra spice, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the filling. Store leftovers in airtight container up to 3 days.
