Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar, blue cheese (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely.
- Brush melted butter over each roll.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch for dipping.
Notes
For extra spice, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the filling. Store leftovers in airtight container up to 3 days.
