- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the bread halves.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes until lightly crisp.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the toasted bread halves.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the pizza.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Add crispy bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor. Great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken.
