Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 French bread loaf sliced lengthwise
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Toppings
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the bread halves.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes until lightly crisp.
  5. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
  6. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the toasted bread halves.
  7. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the pizza.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Add crispy bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor. Great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken.
