- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar in a bowl.
- Divide pretzel dough into 12–16 pieces. Flatten each and fill with chicken mixture.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Roll into balls.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle coarse salt.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
