Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb pretzel dough refrigerated or homemade
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • to taste coarse salt for topping
  • optional ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar in a bowl.
  3. Divide pretzel dough into 12–16 pieces. Flatten each and fill with chicken mixture.
  4. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Roll into balls.
  5. Place on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle coarse salt.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
