Method
- Prepare pan with parchment paper.
- Cook sugar, water, and corn syrup until amber.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Slowly stir in cream and rum.
- Cook to 245°F using a thermometer.
- Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour into pan and cool completely.
Notes
Wrap individually to prevent sticking. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
