Boiled Eggs
  • 8 large eggs
Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Place eggs in saucepan, cover with water, and bring to boil.
  2. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit 10-12 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to ice bath and peel.
  4. Melt butter and sauté garlic briefly.
  5. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne, and lemon juice.
  6. Slice eggs and coat with sauce. Garnish with parsley.
