Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Combine espresso with milk and add to mixture.
  6. Stir in mashed bananas and caramel sauce.
  7. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  8. Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Cool and drizzle with caramel before serving.

Notes

Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture. Store at room temperature for 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
