- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare springform pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and bake for 10 minutes.
- Caramelize bananas in butter and brown sugar.
- Beat cream cheese and sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Fold in caramelized bananas.
- Bake cheesecake 55–60 minutes.
- Prepare rum glaze and pour over chilled cheesecake.
Notes
