- Prepare cheesecake filling and freeze small scoops.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract.
- Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Wrap dough around cheesecake filling.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 minutes.
Notes
Chill dough if cookies spread too much. Store refrigerated.
