- Prepare and freeze cheesecake filling portions.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Stuff dough with frozen cheesecake filling and seal.
- Bake at 350°F for 11–14 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Freeze filling well and slightly underbake for gooey centers.
