Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare and freeze cheesecake filling portions.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
  3. Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Stuff dough with frozen cheesecake filling and seal.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 11–14 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Freeze filling well and slightly underbake for gooey centers.
