Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onions, mushrooms, and optional peppers until soft; add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Sear ribeye slices until lightly browned.
- Hollow out the bread loaf and spread softened butter inside.
- Fill bread with beef and vegetable mixture; top with provolone slices.
- Wrap in foil and bake 15 minutes, then unwrap for 5–7 minutes for a crispy crust.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and slice to serve.

Use fresh crusty bread for best results.
