Stuffed Shells
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet with garlic and seasonings.
  3. Mix cheeses and egg in a bowl, then combine with beef.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with filling.
  5. Spread Alfredo sauce in baking dish and arrange shells.
  6. Top with more sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra creaminess add cream cheese to the filling. Freeze before baking for easy meal prep.
