Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups birria beef shredded
  • 1.5 cups birria sauce
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Oaxaca cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Warm tortillas and prepare baking dish with sauce.
  2. Fill tortillas with birria beef and cheese, then roll.
  3. Top with sauce and cheese.
  4. Bake until bubbly and golden.
