  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread sliced in half
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Slice bread and brush with garlic butter mixture.
  3. Toast garlic bread lightly for crisp texture.
  4. Warm Alfredo sauce and cream in a saucepan.
  5. Add cooked chicken and season well.
  6. Spread chicken Alfredo mixture over garlic bread.
  7. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake until melted, golden, and bubbling.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra richness, drizzle extra Alfredo sauce before serving. Add bacon or vegetables for variation.
