Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Boil diced potatoes until slightly tender.
  3. Mix potatoes, chicken, bacon and cheese.
  4. Combine sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning and butter.
  5. Pour sauce over casserole mixture and stir.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes until bubbly.
