Ingredients
  

Stuffed Rolls
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into equal squares.
  4. Place filling into the center of each dough square.
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal tightly.
  6. Arrange rolls seam-side down in baking dish.
  7. Combine melted butter, olive oil, and garlic.
  8. Brush garlic butter over the stuffed rolls.
  9. Bake until golden brown and fully cooked.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
