- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Brush garlic butter mixture over each cracker evenly.
- Top crackers with shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
- Serve warm for the best cheesy texture and flavor.
Notes
For extra flavor, add crispy bacon bits or use Pepper Jack cheese for spice. Best served fresh and warm.
