Ingredients
  

Cracker Base
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Brush garlic butter mixture over each cracker evenly.
  5. Top crackers with shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve warm for the best cheesy texture and flavor.

Notes

For extra flavor, add crispy bacon bits or use Pepper Jack cheese for spice. Best served fresh and warm.
