Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Let dough rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Cook ground beef in a skillet with onion, garlic, and spices until browned.
  5. Divide dough into small pieces and flatten each into a circle.
  6. Place beef and cheese in the center, seal dough, and roll into balls.
  7. Arrange on baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  8. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara or garlic dipping sauce for extra flavor.
