Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, knead 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Mix in shredded cheese.
- Divide dough into 8 portions. Flatten, place 2–3 tbsp filling, fold dough to seal.
- Place rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with dipping sauce.
Notes
Freeze rolls for make-ahead convenience and bake when needed.
