Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough
Filling
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.75 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and layer pepperoni on top.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and slice into rounds.
  6. Place on baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake 15–18 minutes until golden.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent sogginess. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
